Cancellation Policy (to the Austrian hotel contract conditions):
- Up to 3 month before arrival: 0% of the total amount. Down payment Credit 100% for two further winter seasons or alternatively reimbursement of 85% of the down payment (15% fee for performed processing)
- Up to 1 months before arrival 40% of the total amount
- Up to 7 days before arrival 70% of the total amount
- Up to one day before arrival 90% of the total amount
- The total amount will then be charged.
Bookings are also subject to the Austrian hotel contract conditions.
